Mica Flats Grange Scholarships

Your application packet is not complete until all documentation is received.  Click on the appropriate scholarship application link in the checklist below.  In order to enable the typewriter tool to fill out your application (Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 and later), save a copy of the application to your computer, then open the file from the appropriate directory location. 

Application Checklist:

• Educational or Music Scholarship Application
• Original transcript, covering most recent 7 semesters. 
• Must be received directly from Principal’s or Registrar’s Office
• List of extracurricular activities (list on back of application)
• Essay
• Character reference(s), must be received directly from each reference
• Application scoresheet, with your name & date filled in
• Sign & date your application.

Don’t forget to give the scholarship application contact address to your Principal’s Office/Registrar for transcripts, and to each of your references.
